Well Person Three Year Check

We are happy to offer those patients between 16 and 74 years who are well and rarely consult the doctor an opportunity to have a health assessment by the Health Care Assistant once in 3 years.

If you are 75 years of age or over an annual assessment is available. Ask the Receptionist for a ' Well Person Check '
